I had bought a battery from your store maybe in August and then first the gentleman did a half job when installing my battery so then on September 28, 2016 as I was leaving my job to go home at about 5pm my battery went out thank God I had Triple AAA because they had to come out and give me a jump for the battery and I was told that wasnt the proper battery for my Nissan Altima 2011 and when I went to the store back in August I asked the gentleman who served was this the proper battery I was told yes Now back to Today which is September 29th 2016 I was on my lunch break and I went to your store to express myself right away the guy got defense to me saying no it cant be the battery it has to be something else and as I was telling him what the Triple AAA young man told he brushed me off I didnt like his attitude all I wanted was my battery to fit my car once again i thought this gentleman was very unprofessional to me and even though I have the warranty on the battery I will be replacing with another batter from someone I know its my money and yes I can do what I want to do but you have loss a good loyal customer whether it matters to you or not you have lost a good customer and my break was about 130 Feedback: maybe offer me the right size battery or given me back a little something for my trouble and this is not the first time the battery stalled if it wasnt the battery then how when you guys and the Triple AAA guy tested they both said the same thing the battery is to small for my car
