A few weeks ago I had a great experience and the guy changed my battery and was really awesome. Tonight the sales clerk first tells me he knows nothing about Pt Cruisers except an aunt of his had nothing but trouble with hers. Then he gives me the wrong turn signal bulbs. How hard is it to look up a part number for a light bulb. I drive home and realize its the wrong bulb and drive back 3 miles to the store. And the guy is waiting on customers that came in after me instead of quickly getting me the right bulb. This really made me angry. Feedback: Hire people that know how to look up parts and train them not to bad mouth your brand or model car.
